I have bigger fish to fry!
- 1-2 Whole Chambo
- 3 teaspoons of Thyme
- 2 cloves of Garlic
- 1 teaspoon of Paprika
- 4 cups of Cooking oil
- 1 teaspoon of Salt
- Clean chambo and cut three lines on each side.
- Mix the spices together And massage all of them into the Fish.
- Preheat the pan then add oil, after 7mins add the fish and fry till golden brown.
- Boil potatoes with parsley and salt for 20 mins then put them aside and mix them with butter.
- Plate the fish and potatoes then serve
