I have bigger fish to fry!

  • 1-2 Whole Chambo
  • 3 teaspoons of Thyme
  • 2 cloves of Garlic
  • 1 teaspoon of Paprika
  • 4 cups of Cooking oil
  • 1 teaspoon of Salt
  1. Clean chambo and cut three lines on each side.
  2. Mix the spices together And massage all of them into the Fish.
  3. Preheat the pan then add oil, after 7mins add the fish and fry till golden brown.
  4. Boil potatoes with parsley and salt for 20 mins then put them aside and mix them with butter.
  5. Plate the fish and potatoes then serve
